Positives- The pixels are wonderfully drawn.
The shading and lighting is awesome. The clouds are awesome.
You did the blush well as well as the eyes. The sun was made epicly. So was the rainbow! ^^ Ponyville looks like, well ponyville, which is awesome.The flowers were drawn pretty much perfectly.
Negatives- I noticed there's no 'drop shadow'(I forget what it's called.
Next time you do blush, I suggest that you spread it out a bit more.
My end comments- This over all was really epic. The fact that you used MS Paint is awesome. I can't even do that in MS Paint, more or less draw an okay cat in it ^^
I've gotta give you a thumbs up on using MS Paint!
This is very time full and hard working for, keep working like this.
You have also inspired me to do something like this one day, i hope that one day this art will be very popular and maybe you will be critiqued by someone famous!
